Vision for Dynamic Society Nepal (VDS Nepal) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established in 2064 B.S. with the objective of ensuring equitable access to quality health services for the most vulnerable populations of Nepal, particularly those living in low-resource and underserved settings who are often deprived of basic health services.

The organization comprises a diverse team of public health professionals and development practitioners with extensive experience across various domains of public health and socio-developmental interventions. VDS Nepal is registered under the Company Registration Act, 2064 B.S., at the District Administrative Office, Kathmandu, and has been actively implementing development and public health initiatives since its establishment.

Recognizing that improvements in population health cannot be achieved through healthcare service delivery alone, VDS Nepal adopts a comprehensive and integrated approach to health programming. The organization emphasizes the implementation of holistic health packages that align with and support the priority health programs of the Government of Nepal, addressing both health system strengthening and the broader social determinants of health.
